In the Memorandum Opinion and Order entered June 3, 1985,

Keyes v. School District No. 1, Denver, Colo.,

609 F.Supp. 1491 (D.Colo.1985), this court determined that the remedial phase of this desegregation case had not been completed and, therefore, denied the defendants’ motion to declare the District unitary and terminate jurisdiction.
