This is an appeal by defendants-appellants Freedman Baking Co., Inc. (the Company), its president and an owner, Daniel Freedman, and a senior management official, Mildred Lawsky, from a jury award of compensatory and punitive damages for civil rights violations and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
