OPINION

WEISBERGER, Justice.

This case comes before us on appeal from a declaratory judgment entered in the Superior Court denying the plaintiff’s request for a declaration of invalidity of a tax sale and a request to compel the city of Woonsocket to issue a municipal tax lien release with regard to taxes due upon a certain parcel of land in the city of Woon-socket. We affirm.
