CLIFFORD, Justice.

The plaintiff, Rockland Plaza Realty Corporation, appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court, Knox County, following a Rule 80B appeal, affirming the decision of the Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals which upheld the Rockland Planning Commission’s unanimous approval of a site plan application submitted by LaVerdiere’s Enterprises, Incorporated.
