On September 12, 1984, Central Television, Inc. (Central)

reached a settlement agreement with Broadcasters of Mississippi, Inc. (Broadcasters). Central agreed to dismiss its appeal of a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) decision granting Broadcasters a television channel in Laurel, Mississippi.
