Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York May 26, 1987 (People v. Settles)

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Owens, J.), rendered January 14, 1985, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree (two counts), kidnapping in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
