Petitioner is a major manufacturer and national distributor of frozen dairy and dessert products, including coffee creamers and a variety of cakes, pastries and pies. In furtherance of its marketing strategies and research, petitioner uses the services of Selling Areas Marketing, Inc. (SAMI).
