This diversity action brought by plaintiff Sheryl Crosley (and involuntary plaintiff Patrick Kubeja) seeks damages against Ag-way, Inc. asserting that defective feed purchased from the Agway Store in Union *663City, PA in June, 1984 caused the illness and death of Crosley’s hogs.
