Clark J. Jenkins (Clark) appeals from the district court’s judgment setting aside a conveyance of land in which he was the grantee. We affirm.

Brent Thomas Jenkins (Brent), son of Clark, actively traded on the commodities market through different brokerage houses, including Ray E. Friedman & Company (Friedman).
