Plaintiffs are a class of persons in Pennsylvania who have applied for and have been found eligible for social security disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401, et seq., and/or for supplementary security income disability benefits under Title XVI, 42 U.S.C. § 1381, et seq.
