This case is here on the reservation and report, without decision, of a single justice of this court. The issue presented is whether Max J. Allen (petitioner) should be reinstated as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth, having been indefinitely suspended from the practice of law on November 9, 1978.1 S.J.C.
