OPINION AND ORDER

GIERBOLINI, District Judge.

Plaintiffs brought this action seeking relief under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681

et seq.

(FCRA). This court’s jurisdiction is also invoked pursuant to Title 28, Section 1332 (diversity of citizenship). Plaintiffs seek $100,000 damages.
