Defendants, Pro-Seal, Incorporated, Jeffrey H. Hill, Bruce W. McCartney, Karl Rykert and Stephen Lonn, appeal a February 23, 1988 ruling of a magistrate who denied their motion which sought the disqualification of the attorneys for the Plaintiff, Anchor Packing Company.
