PIVARNIK, Justice.

Defendant-Appellant Donald C. Pittman was charged and convicted following a jury trial in the St. Joseph Superior Court of Robbery, a class A felony, Burglary, class B felony, and murder. On March 30, 1987, he was sentenced by the trial court to forty (40) years for felony murder and ten (10) years for burglary, said sentences to be served concurrently.
