Armand Gravely was charged with one count of conspiring to fix the prices of soft drink products in the Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia areas in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, and three counts of obstruction of justice, 18 U.S.C. § 1503.
