Francis Malcolm Posey, Jr., and Eugene Bramlett Posey have appealed from a decree of the chancery court of Lafayette County holding in a partition action that Charles Sherman Posey, a lawfully adopted son of their natural parents, was a devisee under the Last Will and Testament of their late natural grandfather E.S. Bramlett, Jr.
