WEAVER, Chief Justice.

Appellant, George Washington Hann, was convicted by the trial court of criminal trespass.

TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. sec. 30.05 (Vernon 1989). The judge set punishment at thirty days in jail and a $500.00 fine.

We reverse and acquit.

Appellant rented a hangar at Aero-Val-ley Airport in Denton County.
