Defendant has moved for reconsideration of an order entered on March 8, 1989 denying its motion to dismiss for improper venue and its alternative motion to transfer venue. Defendant asks that if the court denies its motion for reconsideration, an interlocutory appeal be certified pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b).
