The defendant, New Plan Realty Trust (“New Plan”), in the action below, has appealed the March 24, 1989 decision of the Bankruptcy Court in which defendants were ordered to pay compensatory and punitive damages for action it found violative of a stay order under 11 U.S.C. § 362.
