Debtors in the bankruptcy proceeding underlying this action filed petitions under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on November 21, 1985. In this action, the trustee seeks to recover, as avoidable preferences, payments made by the Debtor to the Appellant, Wheeling National Bank.
