After the plaintiff in this employment discrimination suit gave a deposition contradicting the material allegations of his complaint, the district court dismissed the case and imposed sanctions under Fed.R.Civ.P. 11 against the plaintiff and Harold E. Collins, his lawyer. 1989 WL32878, 1989 U.S. Dist. Lexis 3463 (N.D.Ill.1989). Collins alone appealed.
