In this Wunderlich Act review case the court is presented with the question of whether the GSBCA properly dismissed plaintiff’s claim “for lack of jurisdiction for failure to file within the time allowed.” Town Center Management Corp. GSBCA No. 8319, 87-1 BCA (CCH) ¶ 19,640, at 99,419 (1987).
