EDWARDS, Judge.

Roy H. Jones was charged by bill of information with public payroll fraud, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:138(1) and theft, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:67. After a lengthy jury trial, the defendant was convicted on both counts. Defendant now appeals alleging sixteen assignments of error. For the following reasons, we affirm both convictions and their respective sentences.
