The plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident. She was a passenger in the McKeever car. She brought suit against Cardea, the driver of the car which struck the McKeever car, and the plaintiff obtained a verdict against Cardea in the amount of $800,000.00. The Cardea car had primary liability coverage from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co.
