Appellee-plaintiff brought this action, seeking to recover against Alpha Atlanta Floor, Inc. (Alpha) on an account and against appellant-defendant on her guaranty thereof. Appellant filed a timely answer but Alpha did not. The claim being liquidated, a default judgment was entered against Alpha and the case against appellant proceeded to trial.
