MILLER, Justice:

This is a review of a judicial disciplinary proceeding initiated against Magistrate Ronald L. Crislip. The Judicial Hearing Board (Board) found Magistrate Crislip had violated Canon 3 of the Judicial Code of Ethics, requiring a judge to perform the duties of his office impartially and diligently. The Board recommended a public reprimand.
