DUNCAN, Judge.

Defendant was convicted of two counts of discharging a firearm into occupied property and one count of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. The trial judge sentenced defendant to concurrent terms of ten years for the discharging-a-firearm convictions and to a consecutive ten-year term for the assault conviction.
