Pursuant to Rule 56.1 of the Rules of this Court, Kejriwal Iron and Steel Works, Ltd. challenges the final determination of the United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration that certain iron construction castings from India are being or are likely to be sold in the United States at less than fair value.
