Deutsche Credit Corporation (“Deutsche Credit”), a creditor of the Debtor, The Tor-gerson Company (“Torgerson”), initiated this adversary proceeding by filing its “Complaint to Determine Property of the Estate and Validity, Priority and Extent of Lien” shortly after the case was converted from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7.
