Plaintiff, Samuel LeMaire, an inmate at Oregon State Penitentiary (OSP), brings this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against defendant Manfred Maass, the OSP Superintendent. He seeks injunc-tive relief from allegedly unconstitutional conditions of his imprisonment in the Disciplinary Segregation Unit (DSU) at OSP.
