This is a worker’s compensation case in which appellant (claimant) was injured while working at Bollinger Service Station, Inc. (employer). Employer was a corporation which had four full-time employees, namely, Al Tennison, Eddie Mishler, Darrell McFarland (claimant) and Jim Bollinger, corporate president and owner of 498 shares of stock of employer.
