This appeal arises out of an unfortunate set of circumstances concerning a promise of marriage. Ella S. Porter appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Donald G. Jolly on her counterclaim for damages. We reverse and remand. Ella S. Porter and Donald G. Jolly began living together in August 1985, after her divorce from her former husband. They lived together in Jolly's apartment.
