BECK, Judge:

In a jury trial appellant Matthew Wax was convicted of attempted theft by deception. The court imposed a sentence of one-to-two years imprisonment and a $15,000 fine. On appeal he challenges the effectiveness of trial counsel for failure to preserve various claims of trial error. Appellant also seeks leave to appeal the discretionary aspects of his sentence.
