OPINION

SHEA, Justice.

This case comes before us on appeal by the defendant from judgments of conviction entered after a jury trial in the Superi- or Court. We affirm.

The defendant, Regis Jette, was indicted on five charges of sexual assault.

The jury returned guilty verdicts on one count of first degree sexual assault and two counts of second degree sexual assault.
