In this latest of the decisions spawned by the bankruptcy of Wingspread Corp. (Wingspread) and its twelve debtor subsidiaries (collectively, the Debtors), the ultimate issue is the allowability of a sizeable administrative claim filed by Gulf & Western, Inc. (G & W).
