This case is before us on defendants’ motion for summary judgment requesting the dismissal of a cargo claim arising as a result of the transportation of goods in commerce from Elizabeth, New Jersey, to San Juan, Puerto Rico, on board the M/V SAN JUAN. Jurisdiction has been invoked pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1333.
