Two appeals arising from the same automobile accident have been consolidated for review by this court. Illinois Farmers Insurance Company (Farmers) appeals from a trial court order dismissing its subrogation action against Tate Haley (Tate). Keith Posdal (Posdal) appeals from a trial court order dismissing his claim for contribution from Tate.
