ROBERTSON, Judge.

Jerry A. Rainey appeals his convictions of burglary, and theft, Class B and D felonies respectively, and the finding that he is an habitual offender.

We affirm.

Rainey contests the admissibility of statements made by him to the police. He maintains these statements were involuntarily extracted by police intimidation.
