Plaintiff, Insurance Company of North America, filed suit as subrogee of Lewis Truck Lines, Inc., and for' Victor Mikenas, individually, an injured employee, seeking, in part, reimbursement of workers’ compensation benefits paid to Mikenas. The named defendants in the suit are Timothy Andrew and Rely Maintenance Seal Coating & Stripping Company.
