On February 25, 1987, the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission filed a two-count complaint against respondent, Kenneth J. Rot-man, an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Illinois in 1982. The complaint alleged respondent had converted an aggregate amount of $15,038.
