Shirley W. Mullen (Mullen) seeks review of a court of appeals' decision which reversed the trial court's grant of relief under sec. 806.07, Stats, based on a post-judgment change in the controlling law. We conclude under the unique circumstances of this case that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in granting rélief.
