This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiffs oppose defendant’s motion and, in the alternative, request that if the court grants defendant’s motion that they be permitted to amend their complaint to allege an alternative basis for jurisdiction.
