Defendant, Roderick Graves, was charged by information in the circuit court of Du Page County with one count of unlawful possession of less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 561/2, par. 1402(b)). Following a hearing, the trial court granted defendant’s motion to quash his arrest and suppress evidence.
