This is an appeal as a matter of right by David Dewayne Brown, Daryl Holmes, Michael Allen Underwood and William Gil-land, pursuant Rule 3(b), Tenn.R.App.P., from the judgment of the Criminal Court of Fayette County finding the appellants guilty of armed robbery of a business establishment licensed to sell controlled substances and of concealing stolen property.
