Appellants, Sonic Drive-In of Raymond-ville, Texas, Inc. (Sonic) and the Texas Employment Commission (TEC), appeal from a summary judgment. Appellee, Jorge Hernandez, filed suit in the district court seeking judicial review of a decision of the TEC.
