YOUNG, J.

This matter is before this court upon the appeal of Joan Krone, appellant, from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of appellee, Ohio Dominican College ("O.D.C."). Appellant had been employed at O.D.C. since 1967. Prior to the time this dispute arose, appellant was a tenured assistant professor and chairperson of the mathematics department.
