This appeal arises from an action brought in the district court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania by appellant, Step-Saver Data Systems, Inc. (“Step-Saver”), a vendor of packaged computer systems, against its hardware and software suppliers, defendants Wyse Technology (“Wyse”) and The Software Link (“TSL”).
