Dennis R. Dinges appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court

for the Eastern District of Missouri finding him guilty, pursuant to a guilty plea, of being an unlawful user of marijuana in possession of firearms in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3).
