Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range Railway-Company (Railway), appeals from a final judgment entered in the district court upon a jury verdict finding that the Railway failed to provide employee Keith Gulbran-son with a reasonably safe place to work as required under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), 45 U.S.C. §§ 51-60.
