Defendant-appellant, Angel Florentino (hereinafter Florentino), challenges the sentence imposed upon him after his plea of guilty to a single count of transporting illegal aliens and aiding and abetting in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(B) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
